We have created two house made broths tori paitan (chicken) and creamy soybean (vegan). This robust broth is combined with our specialty flavors (miso tonkotsu, shio, shoyu, truffle) and spices (habanero, curry, Thai, Korean, Indian chili) to bring even more dimension to the soup.
